We have been making wine for over 20 years, mostly as a hobby. In 2011 we realized we were making over 100 gallons a season and people weren't turning it down. So we researched how hard it would be to make wine commercially.
18 months later, we became fully licensed, and in the Fall of 2013 began our first commercial batch of wine.
When we went commercial we wanted to make our wine as organically as possible, after all we have always eaten that way why not drink that way as well!
